In this module you will be exploring the depth of your decision to heal at all costs. You will understand the power and vibration of 'Her (your) Decision' to continue de-layering until the natural, free-flowing energy of the Divine Feminine Mother and Leader is unveiled.

Golden in colour and essence has great meaning in the spiritual world - The vibration of Golden is associated with higher ideals and a deep understanding of the self and the soul and decisiveness. Aside from this, the metaphor is that in making a decision to change generations beyond you, marks a distinct point in time where your timelines and universal timelines are changed forever. Your decision holds that much weight in the World, so let's make sure it's definite and clear.

We will be going through a process of giving yourself permission to heal and break free from your previous identity including all of the deeper, scary parts and the family link to staying small.

Safety is the #1 thing holding you back from becoming her and healing yourself and your family. I suggest there is a childlike part of you, at a level below your conscious awareness that doesn't feel it is safe to become Divine, take up space, be seen, heard and feel worthy of all of that.

We will start here as to make sure the Universe knows how serious we are and then incorporate tools later that will complement this decision.

In this module we continue the transformative journey of healing ourselves to free our children. Once our emotional and spiritual vibration increases we experience energy that we thought was lost forever. We reconnect with parts of ourselves that were buried under layers of conditioning, self-judgement and self-doubt

As I promised in this module I will share my personal 'healing blueprint' with you. As a woman and leader who has healed many of my wounds to show up in my family with the vitality and clarity needed to positively impact their lives, I know this system will open those same doors to you.

As the blueprint unfolds, it extends to the physical and mental and emotional aspects of well-being but focuses primarily on the energetic realm. This is where we can heal quickly and completely.

Energetic healing involves recognising and balancing the subtle energies that flow within and around us as well as releasing blockages and stagnant traumas to promote a harmonious flow of energy throughout the body and mind.

Understanding an engaging with the energy in and around us, adds a powerful dimension to the healing journey, opening your eyes to the world of energy that is the foundation to all life. On completion I believe you will be unable to see the world and the people in it as just 3 dimensional beings anymore, and this includes yourself. My endeavour is that you incorporate energy into everything that you do, as by having the energetic forces of life on your side you can achieve the impossible. Energy makes everything possible.

This blueprint will become personalised to you however the inclusions and steps are all important, so please follow along in this order.

There are really only two 'major commitments' you must follow for this healing blueprint to work, and they are:

1. To heal the past at all costs

2. To take action to change the current environment and birth a new future

I give you the steps but you will be required to remember that this is the agreement. One without the other won't give you the results you want. They must be done simultaneously in order to achieve a healthy and vital experience for you and your family.

In this module we shift our focus from your healing and commitment within yourself, into the teachings and embodiment of the Energetic Mother.

We learn to identify subconscious family patterns along with, communication and energetic programs within our parenting. We delve into sovereignty, self love and non-attachment, the three KEY values of the Energetic Mother.

Understanding and opening up to these pillars helps to release rigidity and control from your past so you can embrace a free flowing and feminine lifestyle with supporting belief systems.

In this powerful module you will be individually introduced to each of the energy techniques I have used in order to heal, rebalance and transform myself and my family.

Each tool you learn about has its own unique set of parameters. All tools work at an energetic level to support your decision to live life in an energetically focused way.

As you adopt these tools into your life and experience their healing and power you will see your family observe, show curiosity in some instances, and then eventually practice the same principals and healing. This may seem far of for you now, (is that a belief?) but I suggest making a sincere promise to yourself that you will not waiver to the pressure or non acceptance of others in this process. You understand energy and after this module have the power to move it, and rebalance your body , mind and spirit.

Remember your children are already there, you just need to stay focused on your healing journey and by doing this they are given permission by you to return to wholeness and wellness. In many cases you will need to support this journey for them too, but you are the 'Tangible Mother' you are the one who sets the tone for ALL others in your family environment.

Most importantly for their growth and expansion is that they see you openly and regularly use these tools. That includes in their home environment and other environments where you feel comfortable.

It is my hope that once you have learnt all modalities in your Energetic Mothers Toolkit you will be able to muscle test or intuitively decide which modality or process is best suited for the goal and that moment in time. In this selection phase please always set the intention beforehand that you want the easiest and most powerful tool for the challenge.

I suggest watching each video with a notepad and practicing the techniques in these coming weeks a lot. Gaining confidence will be a big part of your commitment to use them and really feel and experience the transformation.

Conscious Communication is the new spiritual art of language. In our ever-changing lives we are all wavering between being conscious and unconscious at every moment of our day. So as this title hints, in order to really master the art of communication you must make sure your communication is a conscious choice. What you say, how you say it and how it lands with your insides (is it really what ou think) is all so important in order to connect with the people around you.

Words are energy and your emotions are energy, so if you hope to master the art of being the conscious communicator then you will need to start asking yourself some very real questions.

Do you stop before you respond? Do you pause before you reply?

Have you checked in if what you are saying aligns with what you are feeling?

The truth is, the other person can feel it and will know energetically if your words are non-congruent with you feelings or actions. It basically forces us to get deep within ourselves if we want to be seen as a truthful, trustworthy person or not.

So many people, particularly parents communicate from an unconscious program or trauma based reactive state. This causes them to do and say things in such a way that confuses the child and re-creates the same generational issues.

in order to break this cycle we must have a system to follow. Not just parenting the way we were parented or the opposite of that, but a proven system that is psychologically proven to help not harm.

This is what you are about to learn. Get excited!

During this module we open up our awareness to even greater heights and understandings. We discuss timeline jumping, intuition and higher level consciousness that will allow up to truly keep embodying energetics in our life so we can lead our family into a more aligned and authentic place.

This module will really test your commitment to energy and if (when) truly actioned in your life you will see huge reward for your actions.
