STEP 2 - Using Mama Seek
Jump into this platform and take a look around. There is no rigid order with the lessons, however I suggest watching them as they appear but also trusting your intuition if you see a lesson in a later module that you are drawn to.
All your Live coaching calls will be recorded and saved in this platform for you to watch later or to catch the replay if you are unable to attend Live.

The majority of questions are answered on these live group calls. You can ask me anything via email (jacqui@sflowab.com.au) or via WhatsApp Group or 1:1 chat.
Also reach out at any point on how to best manage the emotions that come up as I can guarantee all women will be experiencing deep emotional release over the 12 weeks. Again I will be back to you as soon as possible in these instances but need up to 24 hours.
In order to streamline the live coaching sessions, and to ensure most students get their questions answered, you can submit your question(s) here Support Questions Document and they will be answered during the live calls.
Please also complete this if you plan to share your experience from one of the module tasks or exercises so we can be sure to have enough time to discuss your reflections or observations. Occasionally we won't get to your questions however we can look to solve this within the WhatsApp group where urgent.

STEP 5 - Managing your emotional upgrades
It’s completely normal for emotions to come up as you start on this new journey, so I ask you to be mindful of what is coming up for you and allow them to be released. Be patient, don’t isolate yourself and reach out to other group members because many of them may have gone through it before (or are currently), just as I have. I truly encourage you to journal a lot through this process so you can see the feelings on paper and detach from them slightly and also to see how far you have come as we progress.
Journaling! You have been gifted a very special journal that I hope you use over the course of this program and as we grow together. You may find yourself joining my more advanced programs for Mastery + Energy Leadership in the family and Feminine Power, Legacy + Priestess-hood.
As you watch my videos in each lesson, read the content and complete the workbooks there will be realisations, connections and resonance with my words and personal examples.
PLEASE DO NOT overlook the feelings, emotions or discomfort you feel and skip ahead or ignore those subtle moments. Everything is trying to lead you to the parts of you that we need to focus on to achieve rapid healing, so it will be your responsibility from this point forward to pay attention to ALL moments like this and ask yourself some questions to unpack the trigger or issue further.
You will hear me say this a lot during coaching but I will say it here first...
'If you ask a question, you get an answer.' Please begin to ask some inner questions about your feelings, triggers or past as you notice them during your training.
What you will find on this journey, is that journaling helps to calm the mind and nervous system when you feel overwhelmed.
We think many thoughts a day, so journalling them out of your head and onto a page will always bring relief. Remember you don't need to do anything with it straight away if you feel confused, the answers will always come as you change the way you operate.
A few questions I suggest you journal about are:
What is the primary emotional challenge I have right now?
What or who triggers this the most?
What beliefs and thoughts do I experience when I am triggered?
What would change if this were gone?
Who's permission do I need to change it now?
What is the safety keeping it with me provides?
As you move through the lessons I ask you to record new beliefs statements that you would like installed subconsciously. Some of these may come from my 'Recommended beliefs for each module' and other important notes in your journal. It is important you do this, so that when it comes to your 1:1 PSYCH-K® session we have easy access to the beliefs you want to live by. This way we can balance your new beliefs in a time effective way so you get the most healing.
STEP 6 - Commitment to the course and Live Training
To get started, block out the Live Call times each week so you can be present and gain the most from each one.
Allow yourself to absorb what each module has to offer and remember you can revisit them as many times as you need.
Moving forwards and to allow you move at an elevated pace, I suggest you allocate at least 4 hours a week to watch the content and take action. In some of the lessons you are allocated family exercises or reflective, journaling exercises, these can always be done at a later date but if you have time obviously doing these as you go is best. The workbooks are best done immediately after a lesson.
