As I promised in this module I will share my personal 'healing blueprint' with you. As a woman and leader who has healed many of my wounds to show up in my family with the vitality and clarity needed to positively impact their lives, I know this system will open those same doors to you.

As the blueprint unfolds, it extends to the physical and mental and emotional aspects of well-being but focuses primarily on the energetic realm. This is where we can heal quickly and completely.

Energetic healing involves recognising and balancing the subtle energies that flow within and around us as well as releasing blockages and stagnant traumas to promote a harmonious flow of energy throughout the body and mind.

Understanding an engaging with the energy in and around us, adds a powerful dimension to the healing journey, opening your eyes to the world of energy that is the foundation to all life. On completion I believe you will be unable to see the world and the people in it as just 3 dimensional beings anymore, and this includes yourself. My endeavour is that you incorporate energy into everything that you do, as by having the energetic forces of life on your side you can achieve the impossible. Energy makes everything possible.

This blueprint will become personalised to you however the inclusions and steps are all important, so please follow along in this order.

There are really only two 'major commitments' you must follow for this healing blueprint to work, and they are:

1. To heal the past at all costs

2. To take action to change the current environment and birth a new future

I give you the steps but you will be required to remember that this is the agreement. One without the other won't give you the results you want. They must be done simultaneously in order to achieve a healthy and vital experience for you and your family.
